Dr. Tsai graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard College before receiving his medical degree from Harvard Medical School, Boston. He completed his residency at the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program where he was named chief resident. Dr. Tsai has completed programs in biostatistics, epidemiology, and health policy at the Harvard School of Public Health. Dr. Tsai also has extensive proton therapy experience from his training at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Tsai has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles on prostate and other cancers and was selected to the prestigious CaPSURE Scholars Program for prostate cancer outcomes research. Dr. Tsai has a particular interest in the development of technological advances in radiation oncology. He is an active member of numerous professional societies including the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society for Radiation Oncology.
