“I’ve known that I wanted to be an oncologist since I was 10 years old, when my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer, and I met her oncologists. I remember the attention, compassion, emotional support, and care they provided, and the difference it made to get us through the long days of treatment.

“With this always in mind, I strive to provide encompassing care to you that’s not limited to medications, but incorporates interaction with respect, communication, and compassion. I listen to you, and I’m aggressive in organizing your care to ensure that your treatment is as beneficial as possible.”

  • "Dr Khalid has been my oncologist of choice since 2019. When I had my recurrence I didn't think twice about where to receive my stage 4 treatment. She listens to what I have to say and her team is caring and efficient. I really did not want to do infusions again but we decided this was the best treatment for me. The chemo nurses are amazing as is the scheduler and the staff that take my vitals and check me in. Dr Khalid and Astera make me feel cared for and definitely have my best interests at heart. Highly recommend to others looking for high level of efficient compassionate care!"
